I was pleasantly surprised to see a Thank You card from a grateful family. It was addressed to a devoted team of providers who ensured the family have a well-deserved rich experience welcoming their newborn into life.

It read:
“For the time you give, the hearts you warm, the smiles you make, you’re appreciated.”

“Thank you so much! For assisting the delivery of our baby: for encourage us and being there along the way; for your kindness and being super helpful! I wouldn’t be able to do it without you 🙂 ”

Such gestures of gratefulness never fail to bring a day-long smile to my face.
